Refunds and Returns Policy (including Shipping information)

Our Refund and Return policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all swing tags and labels still attached. Swimwear MUST also have hygiene stickers attached. Once items have been worn or altered in anyway, they cannot be returned.

Please ensure that items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for this to process.
PLEASE NOTE: Tri To Swim cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing time frames.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, and you are the gift receiver, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. 

If the item is returned by the gift giver, a refund will be allowed.

Any shipping costs incurred on an exchange or refund order is at the customers expense and cannot be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty by a Tri To Swim representative.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

IMPORTANT: If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Times

Orders are normally shipped by us within 1-3 business days of  placing your order. Please allow extra delivery time following Public Holidays and Weekends and during the Christmas/New Year period due to increased processing time by Australia Post.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched. Please use tracking details to locate your item and monitor this for delivery first. If you have done this and your item is delayed/has not arrived after a reasonable timeframe, please contact:
